Able to post attached screenshots in an automated message in Slack when a request has been created

We have had a request from our stakeholders to create a dev support escalation process. This would involve a form being fill via slack and once it has been created a post with the whole ticket would post into a public channel so others in the company can keep track of issues and add information to the request if the issue affects multiple customers.
Currently it's not possible to add the attached screenshots from the submitted request in an automated message and it would be ideal to be able to post the full form so as to not lose key aspects of the ticket.

hey David, it is not possible to reference attachments from automations. Instead of showing up as an attachment directly in the ticket, it shows up as a link to the attachment that you can click to view. Let us know if that helps with your use case.
