It's great that you have added new formatting drop down options to your menus. Can you please add back the ability to manually format items we were previously able to format ourselves? You could make it an option on the drop down as a "manual format" and have it be an empty text box that is inserted where the other variable would be?

For example, prior to the update to this pushed by your team, had it set so that it would format a date/time submitted on a ticket to be posted as

"ddd, MMM DD, YYYY, hh:mm A zz" which would translate to "Tues, Jan 13, 2025, 06:00 PM EST"

your closest options include 24 hour time formatting, but it doesn't include the timezone when spitting out that messaging.

your new formatting options do not have that as an option, and so now if i were to update any of the tickets that used the previous formatting, i would also need to update to have the new formatting you have available, which doesn't fit our needs.
