Allow admins to create some kind of grouping where multiple docs/resources have a set of permissions and those permissions allow only specified content to be chosen when running the AI.

This would be really great to enable us to have more specialized channel specific bots to ensure it doesn't try to help with information that isn't relevant to the questions asked in the channel.
