Admins are unable to see what approvals are still outstanding to remind the approvers to take an action (or override them). Admins should have the ability to view al outstanding approvals.

Allow quicker usage of foqal interface with keyboard shortcuts

Allow you to search for something and it brings back results from across tickets, users, knowledge base, maybe even configurations

Apply new UI elements to Answers (Knowledge Base product)

If you want to compose a message to a user, allow you to search for that user and compose a message to whatever channel they are in. If they are part of multiple channels or not in any, allow selection of which,

A view to display all open/closed tasks across all tickets. Filter by assignee so users can see their outstanding task across all tickets.
